Migraine Expressions: Cover Art
My work, the “Eye of the Storm” was chosen for the cover 2008 of Migraine Expressions. This book is astonishingly beautiful and it was a dream come true for me to be a part of it.
her two pieces … have had a real impact
One of the most rewarding aspects of publishing Migraine Expressions was working with so many wonderful artists and writers. April Heather Davulcu is one of those talented artists, and her two pieces of artwork in the book have had a real impact on many people. Not only was I privileged to work with Heather on a professional level, but also I consider her to be a friend. I hope we are able to meet in person some day, and I hope she never stops painting.

Tramadol Desk & Spiral Calendars
These calendars featured a different piece of pain art for each month, and served to raise awareness of the various types and severity of pain. They were given out to physicians who prescribe Tramadol. I was extremely honored to be invited and included in this important calendar.

Pain Research & Management, The Journal of the Canadian Pain Society
The author interviewed me and listened to my migraine experiences as well as choosing my piece for the cover. It was such a pleasure working with Dr. Unruh and it felt very validating to share my story on a larger platform.
Also included in the Pain Art Gallery, On Pain Topics: Portraying the Personal Side of Pain
Are you a migraine sufferer? I have some resources to share. You’re invited to read my migraine story and see more of my migraine art.
