Do you print out the cards and send them to me?
For Instant Downloads: No, these are digital PDF files that you download and print at home. Nothing will be sent to you in the mail. If you order a custom card or print, your PDF file will be sent to you via e-mail.
For Printed Cards: You will receive professionally printed cards in the mail.
How do I access the PDF files I purchased?
I want to purchase a card PDF, but I don’t see the design I want. What can I do?
How much are custom cards?
Custom cards start at $10 USD depending on the customization(s) you choose. This includes the “Will you be my…?”, “Thank you!”, and “Blank” designs as well as the different hairstyles and colors for the bride and attendant. Alternative messages are available for an additional fee.
How big are the cards?
Your card will measure 4.25″ x 5.5″ – one half of a 8.5″ x 11″ sheet of paper – and will fit in an A2 envelope. The instant PDF download cards are the same size, and come two (2) per 8.5″ x 11″ sheet.
What kind of paper should I print the PDFs on?
Cardstock is preferred to print your cards and prints on. I recommend Epson Premium Presentation Paper (Matte), which is available at most office supplies stores.
Can you show me how to add glitter to my cards?
We sure can! There’s a video ready and waiting for you so you can follow along!
Can I print multiples of a single design?
Yes, please feel free to print out as many of a single design as you’d like!
If I want to change something on your instant PDF files, what should I do?
The instant PDF files are already in the Etsy server system and cannot be altered. If you wish to add additional writing to a card, you must purchase a custom card and select the writing option from the drop-down that best meets your needs.
What if I don’t have a printer?
If you don’t have access to a printer, ask around if any of your friends have printers you can borrow. You can also get your files printed at print shops and most office supply stores.
I already downloaded my card, but I realized I don’t want it anymore. Can I have a refund?
How much are custom mugs?
Custom mugs start at $30 USD (plus shipping & handling) depending on the customization(s) you choose.
Can I add custom names or writing to my custom orders?
You may most certainly have custom names, wording, and dates added to your custom cards/prints and mugs. Select an option from the writing drop-down to add a personal message to your order.
Can you change the color of the attendant’s robe?
Yes! We now offer a selection of different colored robes – there’s even a pretty floral pattern – to further customize your design. Color and pattern options can be viewed in the gallery on the product page.
Can I have multiple bridesmaids on my custom card/mug?
We can create a custom print for you that features a bride with multiple attendants, but for the single cards and custom mugs, the design would be too large to fit comfortably on the printable area.

Can you send me your image so I can add it to other products?
No, my image is © Copyright to me, and I cannot distribute it to be used on other products that I do not create myself. We are always open to suggestions of what other items you would like to see the bride and bridesmaid designs on that may be added to our shop in the future, however, so feel free to send me a note if you have additional ideas!
How long does it take to make a custom order?
Depending on how many orders we have and how much customization needs to be done, custom orders take 1-2 weeks. We will send you a proof of your design and await your approval before the order will be ready.
When will I receive my mug?
Image customization (done here at the April Heather Art studio) takes 1-2 weeks. Production and delivery time depends on when your order is placed (weekends and holidays = delays) and where it’s shipping to. Please allow plenty of time for your special items to be prepared and shipped.
Can you ship mugs internationally?
Mugs are currently shipped via the US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx to the following destinations: United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.

Shipping
Most orders will ship from Chester County, Pennsylvania. Mugs and t-shirts will ship from California. Custom Bridesmaid PDF’s are processed on Fridays & Saturdays.
Refunds and Exchanges
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR INSTANT DOWNLOADS.
For other orders – cards and prints – I can offer refunds and exchanges if for some reason there is a problem. If for any reason you are not happy with your order please let me know so that I can help make it right.
